2012 FORMULA 1 UBS CHINESE GRAND PRIX - The shípǐn

Since pretty much half of the group had other commitments, we nonetheless continued  with our practise and despite it's seemingly simple appearance, it was delicious!! Thanks to Pat for the very delectable Shanghai-styled noodles.  This was accompanied by the ever popular 'tung-kwai' duck..... yummy!

For those who were 'busy'... your loss!!! ;-)

The every popular 'tung-kwai' duck

Can't be without the greens....

The Shanghai noodles

Some ginger...

And this is how you eat it..... yummy!
You're supposed to mix up the ginger into the noodles...

Desert was equally refreshing..... coconut jelly!

2012 FORMULA 1 UBS CHINESE GRAND PRIX

And now we have a new potential contender for the championship! Congratulations to Nico for his first well deserved win  as well as for Mercerdez. With Ross Brawn at the helm, it would inevitable. MS could have done well too if not for the eager lolipop man.

The other surprises were SV struggling to keep up especially when Red Bull took the risk on a 2 stop. The same happened to KR when he dropped from 2nd right down to 14th!

In the meantime, hope you like the new format below... !
